Goldfinch …new colour

I’m back from Harmony Arts Festival in West Van – it was great to see so many of you!  It’ll take me a couple more weeks to get everything sorted out so that I can start dyeing again – so I wanted to show you a gorgeous new colour that Trish A helped me name.  It is Goldfinch yellow – with a touch of green in it – just lovely!  I’d post the goldfinch photo she sent me but …sadly…I can’t seem to figure out how to do that.  So here’s a photo of the yarn on it’s own.  I just love this yellow – it is similar to the Pollen Gold Yarn Club members received a couple of months ago…ok not really like the Pollen Gold…but not a bright sunshine yellow either 🙂

It was so fun meeting Trish (and Darcy, too) at the Harmony Arts Festival. This is the prettiest yellow EVER and is perfect for Cookie A’s Eunice (which is my all-time favourite sock pattern). Thanks for making such gorgeous yarn, Trish!
